- Customers are responsible for ensuring order details are correct before payment. Requests for exchange or refund due to incorrect orders will not be accepted.

• Take photos as proof
• Contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receipt
- We will review each case and respond accordingly.
- For items damaged during shipping, we may assist customers in filing claims with the courier. Final outcomes will be subject to the courier's decision.
- All return or exchange requests are subject to our final approval and discretion.
